The Scholastic Clay Target Program is coming to Tampa Bay Sporting Clays

The Scholastic Clay Target Program (SCTP) provides youths in grades 12 and under an opportunity to compete as a team for state and national championships in trap, skeet and sporting clays. The ultimate goal is to instill in young participants a commitment to safe firearm handling, teamwork and leadership. SCTP was developed by the National Shooting Sports Foundation and is managed nationally by the Scholastic Shooting Sports Foundation. It is a national program with over 9,000 youths currently participating.

The long term success of shooting sports in America depends upon our ability to introduce youth into our sport.  That is why we are joining six other Florida clubs already offering the SCTP.

To make this program a success, we need your help and support. We are planning an orientation for parents and others interested in learning more about establishing and running a successful SCTP program. Watch our newsletter for updates.
